Recipe of the Month - Ahi Tuna Avocado Poke

Ahi Tuna Avocado Poke
  • 2 large sashimi grade Ahi tuna steaks
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3 avocados sliced, halved and pitted
Cut tuna steaks into 1/2 inch cubes and transfer to a large bowl. Add all ingredients except for avocados and toss. Place mixture into halved avocados.
